McCallion Staffing Specialists will be very successful in fulfilling your staffing needs if we have all the key ingredients. The more we know about your company, the better we can represent your company to possible candidates.

  • What does your company do?
  • What are your corporate practices, policies and procedures?
  • What type of environment is it; casual, professional?
  • What type of culture is in the department, office, warehouse, etc?
  • How long have you been in business?
  • What are the working hours for this position? Is there flexibility with the hours?
  • Do you have a complete and detailed job description?
  • Do you need this person on a temporary basis (we bill you hourly for someone to assist you temporarily due to medical leave, maternity, work overload, etc.), temp to hire, (you start the person as a temporary to see if their skills and work habits meet your needs. If this person is a proper fit for the position, they will continue as a temporary until they work the required hours. At that time the candidate is eligible to go on your payroll for no additional fee. If you want to hire them prior to completing the required hours, there will be a liquidation fee.) or direct hire (the candidate is your employee immediately and we charge you a placement fee).
  • How immediate is this need? Do you need someone tomorrow, this month, or as soon as we can find the most qualified candidate?
