McCallion Staffing Specialists has the most current version of testing software. We receive quarterly updates on our software. We have 700 different tests available. We test every candidate we interview on any software they feel comfortable with. The additional skills tests we perform at the request of our clients. Each company has different requirements, so we allow our customers to pick and choose what tests to give to the candidates.
We have the ability to design custom testing for our clients. We can merge several tests together in an abbreviated version, or customize the questions to meet your industry requirements.

Accounting - 20 different tests including payables, receivables, bookkeeping, cost accounting, general accounting, general ledger, Peachtree, and Quickbooks.
Call Center - 21 different tests including call center spelling, call center data entry, listening skills, and Spanish-English bilingual.
Financial - 40 different tests including auditing, bank teller skills, credit analyst, data entry, financial math, Great Plains, payroll and SAP for users.
French Microsoft Office 2000 - 10 Microsoft Office titles are available for the French user.
Healthcare - 47 different tests including medical billing, medical receptionists, medical records, medical terminology, OSHA, medical typing, and registered nurse.
Industrial - 57 different tests including Autocad, HVAC, mechanical engineering, plastic fabrication skills, blueprint reading, electricians, and unit conversion.
Italian Microsoft Office 2000 – 10 Microsoft Office titles are available for the Italian user.
Legal - 27 different tests including basic litigation, paralegal skills, court reporting, Summation Blaze 5.21, legal abbreviations, legal filing, and legal typing.
Microsoft Office 2000 - 24 different tests available for normal user or power user, Outlook, Windows and Internet Explorer.
Microsoft Office 97 - 21 different tests available.
Microsoft Office XP - 29 different tests available for normal and power user including XP Integration, Project and Publisher.
Office & Professional - 88 different tests including ACT! 2000, basic office skills, business writing, corrective proofreading, office filing skills, payroll, Peoplesoft HRMS, shorthand, human resource basics, and writing samples.
Portuguese Microsoft Office 2000 - 10 different tests available.
Software - 79 different tests available including Adobe Pagemaker & Photoshop, Corel Presentations, Quattro Pro and WordPerfect, Lotus, and QuarkXPress.
Spanish Microsoft Office 2000 - 10 different tests available.
Techtests - 246 different tests available including .NET Programming, AS/400 Operations, C+ Programming, Cisco Networking, Network Security, Oracle, COBOL, Crystal Reports, PowerBuilder, PRG, and SAS.
U.K. Microsoft Office 2000 - 11 different tests available.
We provide software training to anyone who has worked at least 80 hours for McCallion Staffing. The training programs available are Access, Excel, Internet Explorer, Windows 2000 Integration, XP Integration, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word and Peachtree Accounting.
